Our Basketball Development Program is designed to help athletes sharpen their skills and elevate their overall game in a competitive, high-energy environment. Players will focus on advanced skill work, strength and conditioning, and game situations to improve performance and basketball IQ. This program builds confidence, leadership, and consistency while preparing athletes for success in the upcoming season.

Girls Volleyball Skills: 7-12   +
Summer Volleyball Program is designed to elevate athletes’ skills, conditioning, and game knowledge in a competitive and supportive environment. Players will focus on fundamentals, positional training, and team systems through high-rep drills and live play. This program prepares athletes for the upcoming season while building confidence, leadership, and team chemistry.



Session 1: The June dates are 6/2 & 6/4 - 6/9 & 6/11 - 6/16, & 6/18


Session 2:: The July dates are 7/14 & 7/16 - 7 /21 & 7/23 - 7/28, & 7/30

Strength and Speed Training: 7-12   +
Our Summer Speed and Strength Program is designed to help athletes improve performance through structured training in speed, agility, and overall strength. Participants will follow an individualized plan that emphasizes proper technique, injury prevention, and sport-specific development. This program builds a strong foundation for success while boosting confidence, work ethic, and competitiveness heading into the season.
